Join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, July 7th @ 6:00 pm EST where Kelsey L. Rose MPH, RDN, LDN, will be discussing the Importance of the Role of Registered Dietitians in Eating Disorder Treatment.
Kelsey L. Rose MPH, RDN, LDN is a Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Nutrition fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital. She recently graduated with a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan and completed her dietetic training in the treatment of eating disorders at Simmons University. Kelsey strives to be both an eating disorder clinician and prevention researcher. She is passionate about deconstructing norms around traditional ideas of health and wellness so that all individuals may find a space to care for their mind and body, if they desire. Kelsey’s work focuses on promoting body diversity and challenging the SWAG (Skinny White Affluent Girls) stereotype that limits recognition and treatment of eating disorders. During her free time, you can find her outside with her dog Abeline or reading a good book.
