Join us on Monday, October 25th at 7:00pm EST. Liz Schonthal, MS, RD, LDN will be discussing PCOS & Disordered Eating!
Learn more about our upcoming speaker Liz:
“I'm a second career dietitian. I grew up in PA and lived in San Diego, CA before going back to school in North Carolina and now I live 10 minutes from my parents back in PA! I am married and have a 4.5 year old daughter. I started my practice 2.5 years ago and will be full time in my practice starting 10/15. I see clients who have PCOS, eating disorders, or who struggle with chronic dieting and disordered eating. I love when I can help people feel less stress around food since it really makes their lives so much better.”
Liz received an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology at Penn State and Master and Dietetic Internship at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Liz’s favorite things to eat/cook are: “It's so hard to pick a favorite but I love Mediterranean food, cheese boards, pesto, and broccoli rabe.”
The best advice Liz has ever been given: “Take a risk. Put yourself out there. Try new things. Learning from failures is a part of the path to success."
